Please Note The Following:
- Most internet orders (Monday thru Friday) will be processed and confirmed by the same day or morning of the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.
- Holidays and weekends are not business days.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
- Order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is processed.
- Tracking Numbers (if created) will be e-mailed after the order has been processed and assigned a tracking number.
- Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.
- All packages will be shipped by USPS First Class unless upgraded to UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
A physical address is required for UPS and FedEx. - We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases this may delay stated delivery dates.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All dates are estimates and may vary.
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
- 2-3-Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
- Next Day Air: Not currently available online. Please call for availability and pricing. Actual shipping costs will be charged for Next Day Air services.
- Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.
Reasons for Additional Shipping and Handling Charges:
- All rods will incur an additional $6 per rod shipping and handling charge.
- Oversized or Bulky items, may incur additional shipping and handling charges.
- High Value items will require additional shipping and handling charges for insurance.
- Anything requiring additional shipping and handling will have a statement about the additional charge on each product’s description.
Please Note The Following:
- Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so someone needs to be there to sign for the package. If this type of shipping is your choice, then you may use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
- Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3 Day service, are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
- We ship to International destination, please e-mail us for a quote.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- All prices are quoted in US$.
Return Policy
Reels&Tackle stands behind the quality of our products and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase every time. In order to keep costs low and offer you the best pricing available, we will provide a refund for the item within 14 days of purchase, unless noted below.
All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please fill out the return form below and state your reason for a return. We will e-mail you back authorization to return the item. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days after shipping.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (if the return is a result of our error we will pay for shipping).
- Some items (such as rods and reels) may incur a 15% restocking fee regardless of condition.

- Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund is approved.
